Booking & Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation by the Client
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email to bookings@gibacotanzaniasafaris.com. The date of receipt determines the applicable cancellation fee:

| 60 or more days | Loss of initial deposit (used for non-refundable park & lodge reservations) |
| 30 to 59 days | 50% of total safari booking value |
| 15 to 29 days | 75% of total safari booking value |
| Less than 15 days or No-Show | 100% of total safari booking value |
2. Postponements & Date Changes
Clients may request to postpone their safari to future dates up to 45 days prior to departure without penalty, subject to seasonal lodge rate adjustments.
3. Force Majeure & Wildlife Factors
Gibaco Tanzania Safaris cannot be held liable for cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure events, severe weather events, or road closures. Wildlife sightings in national parks are wild and natural; while our experienced guides have high encounter rates, no specific animal sighting can be 100% contractually guaranteed.
